Letters of recommendation: Part of the online application, you had to provide contact details and email addresses for your two referees. They received an automated email once you submitted your application, inviting them to submit an online recommendation through the application tool. Make sure to remind your referees to submit recommendations by the deadline (February 22nd, 2024, at 12:00 (noon) CET). Only complete applications with two reference letters received within the deadline can be considered.
Timeline for 2024 applications:

- Deadline for submission of recommendation letters: 12:00 Noon (CET) of February 22nd, 2024
- By mid April (approx. one week before interview phase): Communication of decisions about refusal or invitation to the Interview Phase
- April 22nd - May 3rd , 2024: GSN Interview Phase (online)
- By end of May 2024: Communication of decisions about refusal or acceptance to the GSN program
- October 1st, 2024: Start of GSN programs
