International Doctoral Program "Transformations in European Societies"
Based on the fact that societies and spaces are permanently changing not as recently as talking about globalization, there are deep transformations to be ascertained in every cultural field. Even if transformations always have to be seen in a global context, the doctoral program especially focuses on their impacts on Europe. The program aims at the cultural analysis of associated phenomenons and processes in past and present and brings together the expertise of researchers from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Scotland, Denmark, Israel and Croatia.
With in the framework of the doctoral program highly qualified students with degrees in anthropology or cultural studies receive the opportunity to develop their dissertation supported by an international board.
